All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will hold your order and contact you for instructions on how to proceed. The order can be held until said item is available or a partial or full refund can be offered. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the option you selected when ordering and your location. If the selected shipping option is not available or deemed unsuitable by us it may be changed to a different option of comparable service. For example if you select DHL courier shipping it may be changed to Fedex, UPS or TNT depending on your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order or sudden price increases by the courier. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 7 days from receipt of your order.

Your order will normally ship out within 3 working days, given all items are in stock and the necessary details have been provided. Delivery times can vary due to the courier and other external factors. Normally the DHL option will take 3 to 10 days and Registered Airmail from 7 to 45 days depending on your location.
Delivery to EU
For orders to EU since July 1st 2021 you’re required to pay VAT on all purchases from outside of EU. This will be collected by the customs agent in your country. There may also be a service charge added. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Delivery to Brazil
Due to Brazil customs clearance requirements please provide your CPF/CNPJ number in the “Order notes” field when placing your order to avoid delays to your order.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the date you received the product based on the courier tracking information. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Any shipping charges, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer for returned products.
