MEG Creation X399 - ERROR: Mismatch at offset 0x00000010: Flash = 0x92 Local = 0xFF
Have Winbond 25Q128EWSQ1752 bios chip. Connected to SPI 11-pin on board. Have used BOTH EVC2 1.0.1.8 and EVC2 1.0.1.8_t2 versions. Have EVC2_FW_0009 firmware. Are connected and all appears to be ok until verify flash - ROR: Mismatch at offset 0x00000010: Flash = 0x92 Local = 0xFF. Also, CPU LED stays lit and video card does not spin up. No post - '00" stays on led display. Here are the logs:

What are the next steps? Do I try another product? Do I keep cycling until ir does pass verify? Please assist.

It seems erasing works as intended. However writing the data fails for some reason. I'm not quite sure what would cause it. I'll look over the firmware and see if there are any possible improvements that could be made however it would take a couple of days to get back to you.
