Need help with MP2888A interfacing (no board I2C)

I need help with MP2888A interfacing as my board doesn't have an I2C slot I can just solder on to.

Am I correct to assume these are the necessary points I need to solder to get an I2C connection? As for ground I can just solder to any ground plane right?

Hello, yes those look like the correct points for SDA/SCL and ground can be from anywhere.
