uP9512 on RTX 2070 Super

Hi,

I have a Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super which uses an uP9512 which I can connect to with the EVC 2 SX but it's locked.

Does anyone have a way to unlock it?

I have searched, but could not find how to unlock it.

Hello, normally the lock command is sent to the controller during POST (VBIOS initialization). This can be prevented by checking the "Lock bus" check box + Apply under I2Cx in the EVC2 software. The graphics card needs to be fully powered down to unlock the controller again.

Hello Jon,

Thank you, I'll try it. Can it be set permanently to unlocked? I guess no, because the vbios will lock it every time.

Thank you,

Istvan
